My room was cleaned every day and was warm, with adjustable radiators, plus a kettle, cups, tea and coffee. The staff were always ready to help with anything. Check-in is from 3pm, but if a room is free you can get in earlier. Payment was handled on the spot – the prepayment was taken, and the rest was charged at checkout. I'd read online that some people had been charged twice, but in my case everything went as it should. Just ask in advance. Thanks to the hotel team and to all travellers who share their experiences.”
